Service Description

Pilates helps you develop a strong core - flat abdominals and a strong back, balancing strength and flexibility for an evenly-conditioned body with efficient patterns of motion. Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of Session time. Client must arrive on time to each Session. Clients arriving 15 minutes late will forfeit the Session. No shows for Sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the Session. No refunds.
