Welcome to Vigor & Trim! Vigor & Trim was formed with the heartfelt intention to create a unique, accessible fitness website. Vigor & Trim provides a subscription service (the “Service”) that allows our members to access video, audio and other fitness content (the “Content”) streamed over the Internet to computers, mobile phones, tables and other devices.
